ETS2 MP launcher start error

Hey fellow truckers.
I have a problem with ETS2mp . By problem I mean that I can`t run MP launcher because of that problem:
Those Polish words are: Access deined to "the path".

 

I also have problem with Steam. I can`t download required update because of: missing file permissions

I tried several solutions found in the internet and nothing helped...

Press the Windows Key + R (Win + R) on your keyboard.
Type "% programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotation marks)
Locate the "TruckersMP" folder and delete it.
Go to C: \ Program Files and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher".
Install TruckersMP Laucher as an administrator at https://truckersmp.com/download/.
Launch Launcher as administrator and click "Install Available Updates"

Hello, @Arek Please try these solutions.

 

Solution 1:

• Access the Control Panel
• Type "folder" into the search bar and select Show hidden files and folders.
• Then, click on the View tab at the top of the window.
• Under Advanced Settings, locate "Hidden files and folders." Select Show hidden files and folders just below that.
• Click on apply and ok this window close.
• Now go to Local Disk C > ProgramData > TruckersMP
• In this directory, "core_ets2mp.dll" delete file.
• Open TruckersMP in administrator mode.
• Click update button and little after update finished Launch ETS2.

 

Solution 2:

• Download Ultrasurf or Windscribe
• Run Ultrasurf or Windscribe
• Connect to a server in Ultrasurf or Windscribe, then click On button.
• Open TruckersMP in administrator mode.
• Install the available updates.
• Exit Ultrasurf or Windscribe.

Solution 3:

• Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard.

• Enter "dcomcnfg" and press Enter (without the quotes).

• Go to Expand Component Services > My Computer > DCOM Config

• Right-click on "Windows Management and Instrumentation" and click Properties.

• Click on the Security tab.

• Under Access Permissions, select Customize and click Edit.

• Add the account that you wish to grant access to WMI

• Restart PC

Hey guys, yes it helped a lot. Thank you all for your help.

 

Before I posted here I tried to do things found in the internet:
reinstallation MP as admin, redownload ets2, resinstall steam.
