''You have been banned from TruckersMP network'' EU2 only

Hello guys I want to ask why I keep getting this message in EU2 only ?  ''You have been banned from TruckersMP network'' and I go offline ? I was banned for 3 days before that problem start happening . Please HELP ! I wrote to the support but the guy told me that - ''We dont deal with ban releated issues . Please do not contact the support about this. ''. I am new to TruckersMP so I need a lot of help ! Please ! Down there is the picture of the support . Thanks !

This is a bug, as far as I know, that developers need to restart the server(eu2) to solve this problem.

 

That's why you're gonna have to create a feedback ticket.

This is a known issue by TMP. Users who are banned experience an continuation of the ban on the server where they were banned on. Unfortunately the only fix to this is for TMP to run a reboot on the said server. However, this does take some time as in the interest of people playing they don't just restart a server cause a few people cant access it. You WILL just have to wait until such time TMP restarts the server.

Again as @Phonyang suggests make a new feedback ticket under the Game Moderation Management and indicate your having this issue. This will help TMP investigate into how many people are currently waiting for a server restart.

I appreciate your new to the forums, I have to educate you on your own personal security here. In the screenshot you have posted you have inadvertently posted your personal email address in the forums. These posts are available to public people without profiles so effectively you have shared your email world wide. What I suggest you do is crop the picture to edit out personal details such as your email. As this will provide better security to your email address.

> Open your Steam client
> Steam library
> My games
> Right click on ETS2 /ATS
> Properties
> Bêtas
> Select :

ETS2: "temporary_1_32 - 1.32x for incompatible mods"

ATS: "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs"
