Hello, @Dominiktop1

Mostly, this problem occurs because the game folder is incorrectly specified. It may also happen after reinstalling the operating system or steami. First of all, you should make sure that this is the cause of the problem. To be sure, you must do the following:

 

1 STAGE
 

- Steam> Library> Open the games.
- Right-click Euro Truck Simulator 2 and turn on the features.
- When the Properties window opens, enter the LOCAL FILES tab and click on browse LOCAL FILES

A folder containing the game files opens. Note the location of this folder.

 

2 STAGE

 

- Open "Run" with the Windows + R keys on your keyboard.

- Enter regedit.

- Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ TruckersMP.

- Open the "InstallLocation ETS 2" parameter value.

 

If there is a difference:

Copy the address of the folder in step 1.
Double-click the "InstallLocationETS 2" parameter value and replace it with the address.

Now if the game version meets the multiplayer requirements, the problem must be solved.
Remember, always run the launcher as an administrator.
