Heemse Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 What is a support? what does he or she do? Your job is to handle tickets and just be helpfull on the forums. You answer "Help" topics etc, Players can submit tickets and you can answer them. Support = Helping 1

As for the job description, the job is helping people with technical issues that come up such as help on the forums but also the help desk on the support page on the website. 1

We help people with problems such as wrong emails, cannot validate game version, profile activation etc. And you dont get paid, whole team doesnt get paid 2 I wonder if you look both ways when you cross my mind..
