0 Leon Baker Posted November 4, 2018 Share Posted November 4, 2018 Hello @JustDamaged, I found on internet that you need to set "eurotrucks2.exe" to run as administrator. Steps: 1) Go to your ETS2 game directory, then into \Binaries\Win64\Launcher - (for me: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ETS 2\Binaries\Win64\ 2) Right click on "eurotrucks.exe" 3) Click the Compatibility tab at the top 4) Check the box for "Run this program as administrator" 5) Click OK 6) Launch the game through Steam Please let us know if it worked I hope it'll help. As you've (most likely) already restarted your Steam and computer, the problem is most likely resolved now. The problem was caused by you tried to open the game (via TruckersMP launcher) before Steam was fully launched. Restarting the Steam as an administrator is a working solution to the problem you faced (as an information if you face the same problem in the future).
