Yes its worth.  Mostly it have very nice country/small roads also beautiful scenery. If you drive with this road, you will really love it. This DLC is combination of full new roads,textures , new set up city .  I think this is the most beautiful DLC after Scandinavia (as many of us know, Scandinavia DLC is beautiful for natural beauty).  So if you buy this, you will not be cheated.

The Italia DLC is good, but there's one downside to it; all the damn toll booths. No idea why SCS thought people would enjoy having to stop every 5 minutes for a toll booth.

Hello Dear @lil Gilles03

I'd like to comment on this. First of all, I have to say, you made a nice choice. Because Italy , a wonderful map of DLC. Let me tell you about Italia DLC.

The structure of the buldings in the city is very nice. Driving on the roads is really enjoyable. Nature is a wonderful. There are different companies an trailers. If you're looking for calm, this is the place for you. Enjoy the road and let the sun get throught the window. Now the price is pretty cheap. If the price is expensive for you, you can expect discount.

A few nice Italy DLC photos for you to understand better ;

I think that the Italy DLC is alright, it's really nice. My only issue with it is that it got a little boring after a while (around now and I've had it since release). But I think the Italy DLC is one of the must-have DLCs as it improves the game experience and map size a lot.

Everyone has different opinions, but I like the Italy DLC because of how SCS did the 1x1 roads, highways and off/on ramps. The road textures are really nice, and I'm a fan of some of the scenery, even though it might be repetitive. I've been driving a majority of my 500 recent in-game hours in Italy on TMP.

Very nice dlc but you will often see very little people use it in MP. If you plan on buying it, keep in mind driving in MP is just the same as the singleplayer version.

Italy is definetly worth the purchase.

One of the most common arguments here against it is that players do not frequent it, however for anyone starting out learning the finer points of driving MP it is an easy way to integrate and not get on everyone's nerves. Most folks that drive down there tend to throttle up alot due to the lack of interest but are more mature about it in their demeanor i.e. staying in their lane. For most part.

Italy itself is a gorgeous map with lots of unique road challenges and shapes/curvature. As far as tight technical roads are concerned it lacks a bit; surpassed by the one road in Italy that is already availble on the original map, the northernmost roads in Norway, and a decent bit that goes north-west through the heart of France. The scenery makes up for it though.

If you stick with the coastal towns (especially with ferries) you'll find a larger MP group generally.

Also you can spot the occasional Hurracan in SP. Still searching for the Citroen 2CV in France. Saw it one time, haven't since.
