Connection Error?

When I try opening TruckersMP, I get this connection error and I don't know how to fix it. I've already tried re-downloading TruckersMP but it didn't help. And nothing seems wrong with the servers but idk. My internet isn't the problem. Can anyone help me? Is something just going on with TruckersMP?

Sorry to hear that. Try these:

 

•Truobleshooting

 

° Right click on TruckersMP

° Click truobleshoot

 

• Restart your PC/Laptop

 

- What kind of Windows are you running? Maybe the type of Windows doesn't have enough power to run TruckersMP.

Windows (7, 8, 9, 10)

 

If you still are expecting issues then I would recommend submitting a Support Ticket.

Have you checked your internet connection? Perhaps unplug and replug your router.

 

 

•Try running TruckersMP as an Administrator:

 

° Right click on TruckersMP

° Click run as a Administrator

Hello @Galaxius, I've just seen there is an update for TMP (ETS2 and ATS).

Did you recieved the update yet ? I hope that helps to solve your issue

Hello!

 

In order to fix this issue, you have to download Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.2 from Windows.
You can find the file at this address: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=53345

Steps:
1. Download and install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.2
2. Restart PC
3. Run TruckersMP launcher as Administrator
