Time in truck different than in gps

Hi all,

yesterday i bought a Scandinavia dlc and after some riding i've discovered that i have always night in game and it's always 1:40.

When i've opened the GPS tab it says that it's 13:40 or something. 

 

Problem occurs all the time when it's connecting to server. While waiting to connect it's synchronized properly but after getting logged to game it's desynchronizing and stays at the same time.

Please help. I can get job normally and drive without a problem, but it's getting boring when it's always night

I'm not getting any crash logs or whatsoever, and playing on a regular version most up to date.
