dragonslayingmaster1000
In-game reports are horrible and never work so definitely report on the website. I personally don't report at all though since recording lowers my FPS alot.

This is just a game after all, everyone should be able to play it. Everyone is able to play it, however there are still rules to follow. If they want to play without consequences, that's what single player is for. Multiplayer has you agree to a list of rules before you can play, it's not my fault or anyone else's if you can't follow those rules. Even playing in the off hours when EU2 has 600 players, and driving in Finland or Sweden, I am lucky to complete a delivery without someone hitting me and causing damage to my trailer. These players are either trolls or incompetent, I'm not going to have patience for either. If you're a troll, enjoy the report against you and I hope you get permanently banned. If you're incompetent, enjoy the report and use this time in single player to figure out how to drive properly. I often play drunk and using a controller or keyboard (since my dog trashed my wheel). If I can drive without causing accidents, so can other players.
Guest
Actually more the in-game report, as it is not as cumbersome as the website report. But sometimes the website report.
MrSirViking
I always tell people to record what they are doing. we tru to get to all in game reports in time, but if you record it and upload it to the website we will get to the report and it will be dealt with! So its always a good idea to be recording if you can
CoNnEcT955
website for sure, you can provide screenshots and videos, but when you report in game, until a moderator checks out the player, he is long gone or even offline, most reported players do something bad and then move along like nothing happened.
