what is the purpose of this function?

Hello everyone,

the other day I looked at my account options and then landed on 'Receive Emails eg. answers in Reports/Appeals/Feedback etc.' but what is the purpose of this function? because to me it doesn't look like it was working. I do not receive any  Email when one of my reports is accepted or other. Does this function really work?

If you have created a complaint, reports, objections, feedback etc. via TruckersMP, you will receive a notification to the email address you are registered with. You can also check back through the site.

Hey!

 

As far as I saw, it doesn't send you E-Mails when a report is accepted/rejected.

You will get E-Mails when getting normal comments on the reports (like questions) and when applications, feedback tickets or support tickets change their status or are answered/commented.
