However, some rules need to become more stringent. The only goal is to improve the quality of the team. Players who want to join the team are missing some rules. When recruitment applications are rejected, they feel sad. They think that is very important for them to send a lot of post. That's why the rules must be a little tighter for the players who deserve the team. Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 Currently, the requirements are sufficient and the only requirement that could possibly be added is a requirement for hours on the game to make sure people are dedicated to the game. Adding a requirement for a certain amount of in-game hours doesn't sound like a bad idea. Overall, I would leave trust to the staff overlooking the applications and doing the interviews.
