Cant upgrade to 1.32.3

I can not update to 1.32.3 on steam when I go to properties and beta I selected both 1.32's but both of them were 1.32.2 and I don't know how to update it on steam. If I try to click yes nothing happens the Truckers MP doesn't respond and then I get stuck in a loop.

Go on Steam > Library > Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 > Properties > BETAS >  Choose - NONE-Opt out of all beta programs

You will have to upgrade to the newest version of the game please follow the steps that are taken in the screenshots:

1. Go to your LIBRARY and then right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2;

 

2. Click Properties;

 

3. A new window will appear, click on the BETAS tab and select the ''NONE- Opt out of all beta programs'' option.

 

Wait for it to update and you are ready to go

Have you restarted both, your Steam and PC?

Have you already tried reinstalling TruckersMP? Maybe a wrong path is selected.
