Right click on the TruckersMP icon, and choose run as administrator, then install the available updates, then you should be able to play online again.

When you have that error, first make sure you do not have the launcher process open.
•Task Manager> TruckersMP or ETS2> Right click> End tasks.

Once you have done this, do the following:
•Run the launcher/Steam as administrator.

try this

1. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

 2. Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

 3. Find the folder "TruckersMP" 

 4.then you will find the "core_ets2mp.dll" and delete the file "core_ets2mp.dll"

 5.then open the launcher and download the updates.
