Fresh profile and bug

whitepawrolls

Question

I started playing mp, and started a fresh profile with no mods. I was given my first mission, and had started driving. As soon as I left the yard the game crashed. I came back and tried several times to get back into the game, but I was always kicked out with the same message.

[08:49:34] Connecting to Europe #1 server..

[08:49:35] Connection established!
[08:49:35] You were kicked from the game. Reason: Invalid accessory set detected. Please change your paintjob.

This was a job truck and not mine to change mods on. I also tried just starting this profile in normal game and it crashed as well. Not sure if it was an ETS2 bug or a MP bug. The only fix was to delete and make new profile. New profile so not a big deal. Hope this helps someone else from same issue.

Why do people not bother to read what was said previously?

1. This was a fresh profile.

2. This was the VERY first mission they give you before you can even choose another, so...

3. This was NOT my truck. It would not be possible for me to have one at this point.

4. I did try to load this into single player game, and it would not even load there either.

ALL of this happen after I select the profile in the selection menu. On single player game it just crashes after that. In MP it crashes with the message in the log:

[08:49:35] Connection established!

Is it your OWN truck? (because server controls gametime, quick jobs are not working)

Look up buddy. FirestarteR93 said that quick jobs aren't working in multiplayer... Maybe that's what your experiencing?

Don't know why? I've done quite a few quick jobs since redoing the profile with no problems. Also if this was the case why didn't the first mod SAY there were issues with the missions in the first place? It would have solved a lot. Instead he just moves it, and tells me to do something that was not possible.

Well, i know you said it the first time ever, so try to reinstall the main game,

finish the first few jobs in SP mode,

after you get your own truck,

save it on a new save folder and name it MP;

install the mp client, log-in and then try doing normal jobs in mp mode;

and then replay after all that is done ! (if it crashed, then upload the mp crash log with the report [using http://pastebin.com/  OR writing it in a code <>])
