However, this doesn't look like a discussion related to ETS2, this looks more like a problem related to ATS and because of this, I'm going to move your topic to the respective section as "Euro Truck Simulator 2 Discussions" is not the correct place for help related stuff. Also, I'm going to edit your title since It's unnecessarily long and doesn't really say much. For the future, please create a Topic in the help section if you have issues with TMP as this section is only for discussions related to ETS2. Try and run Truckers MP as Administrator the it should open normally and you can install the waiting update

just follow this 

1.If core_ets2mp.dll is not working for whatever reason you can get the above error. Usually it appears when you try to update the multiplayer launcher with the game open.

2.First, check if ETS2 process is running. If so, end it and try again. If this doesn't help delete core_ets2mp.dll, re-open launcher and re-download file.  Path: C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP
