Error, conection, HELP.

Hello, I'm here again. A few months ago I came here to ask for help on the same subject, but without solution. I tried various ways and ways to solve my problem.
My problem is: Truckers MP with the game ETS2. As the picture below shows, I enter the game but the ping of the other players is 0 and their trucks do not move, only the wheels. Help me.

 

NOTE: I have already uninstalled the game, deleted the Truckers MP cache folders, and have already reinstalled it.

have you checked your internet

You may be having a connection problem

1. Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems
2. Try clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guidehttps://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache
3. Try changing your DNS to Google's one and see if that has any effecthttps://www.techworm.net/2016/08/change-default-dns-google-dns-fast-internet-speeds.html
4. Try re-setting your win-sock cache.

step 1: click on windows search program and type "cmd" enter (run cmd as an admin, right click run as admin).
step 2: once you're in, type "netsh winsock reset catalog" enter.
step 3: type "netsh int ip reset.log hit" enter.
step 4: restart your computer.

Reset your network adapter, firewall and DHCP.

You type:

netsh int ip reset reset.txt
netsh winsock reset
netsh advfirewall reset 

into a command prompt window

 

also Make sure that the Windows firewall does not block your connection. Open the Windows firewall and say Restore defaults.

Do these procedures and then spontaneously if the problem is resolved....

Hello,

 

the reason for your problem could be your internet connection. You can test your internet speed via this website: http://www.speedtest.net/

Screenshot and report back your connection speeds and then we can see if this may be a causal factor towards your issue.

 

Please also try the following troubleshoot options:

 

  • Turn router off for 1 minute and restart it
  • If using wireless making sure that the router is not placed so that it is next to anything electrical such as a television
  • Purchasing a Cat6 Ethernet Cable and so connecting through cable instead of wirelessly
  • Clearing the ARP Cache https://techjourney.net/clear-delete-and-refresh-arp-cache-entry/
  • Resetting your network adapter http://www.home-network-help.com/netsh-winsock.html
  • Using a VPN service to allow for a possibly stabler connection to the game servers via better routing
  • Clearing your DNS Cache https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache
  • Changing DNS to Google's Public DNS, https://www.techworm.net/2016/08/change-default-dns-google-dns-fast-internet-speeds.html

try this

 

you could try to clear your Hosts file, enable DHCP, Flush DNS Cache, Clear ARP/Route Table with the tool that is provided below.

Here is another tool for tweaking your network card

Select your connection speed, hit "Optimal" and restart your PC. If you know what to do or you have read somewhere about recommended settings for games you can also use custom settings.

Last, if you have any problem for using this program you can change your settings back by selecting "Windows Default".
