Dirt roads?

They already did it in Oregon and hopefully they will do it in ETS2 too, hopefully on the base map they can put a few maybe.

I really like the narrow and compelling ways. The effort I give on these roads can be really challenging at times. A lot of ways like rocky roads and construction sites are just some of my favorite ways and driving trucks or cars on these roads really gives people peace and pleasure. :=)

would be a good idea, however id imagine it would be horrendous on the dynamic feedback through wheels like the G29 and such.  its bad enough through the quarry at 40km/h when the wheel makes the table shake due to the feedback being active.

I think the Euro Truck would be strange on the dirt roads, but it's very cool on the American, there the dirt roads are very beautiful.

That would be really nice. I love driving on small dirt roads because it is interesting and makes a lot of fun.

There is a nice dirt road near Stavanger (Norway). The road connects with a quarry.

I believe that SCS are going to be working on more roads in some of the dlc's and when the old map gets rebuit, but I would suggest that when Baltic comes out there will be quite a few added which will be a change from constantly drive on straight and non-challenging main roads.

SCS I wish there were more than one dirt road (Stavanger-Bergen) there is only 1 How nice american truck simulator is doing there is more dirt road there especially Oregon DLC I want bad roads in ETS.

Personally this is something I am really waiting for. The dirt roads or narrow roads can make it interesting for more experienced players. Also for the regular players to kinda switch the driving method

I totally agree with you, I remember a long time ago I made a topic about it, it could be so fun to see some dirt roads, country roads on the game. Maybe SCS one day will make it.

I would like to have those roads . They make the game more realistic. In Real LIfe you won't drive on highway all the time. You sometimes also have to drive on a small road. And this makes the game more realistic.

 

But if there'll be roads like you showed us it would be hard to drive if there is oncomming traffic. You see that there is almost no space if this situation happens

It would be nice because it may be boring driving on the same type of road. Driving through narrow tunnels and dirt roads will make the game more realistic. I hope SCS adds these type of roads.

Would love to see these dirt roads more often, probably the best roads to drive on imo, gives you a challenge and its bumpy!

I would really appreciate if SCS would consider making dirty roads more accessible and useful. It will make the game more improved and , to be honest, to drive all day on the highway sometimes it gets boring. So this will be a huuuuuuge plus for us and also for them. This should definitely be taken under consideration. Exactly as @djlemma2103 said: country dirt roads in the middle of olive groves or Italian vines. It would be divine.

This would be a great add from SCS Software, however, by the looks of the new Baltic Sea DLC for Euro Truck Simulator, they may be getting slow on doing texturing. There are so many missing gaps and by that, I mean too many fields, not enough country style road. If they had taken a suggestion like this, I think it would improve the map greatly.

 

I would also love to see this in American Truck Simulator as well!

Your suggestion is pretty good. Dirt roads will give us a little bit fun. Why trucks don't get dirty? It's sad...

I've gotten to the point in the game where highway driving is a breeze, so having some more interesting drop off locations is something I like. I can't wait for an iceland DLC where driving on snow can be an actual challenge (think Promods)
