You can turn off random road event in your "Game settings" (in game)

This how to turn off random road events.

1. Login in game

2. Look at the game's main screen

3. Click "Options"

 

 Choose "Gameplay"

 

In there, you will see word line: Random road events

 

If you want to turn off Random road events, push it to the left side

 

 If you want to turn on Random road events, push it to the right side

hello, to disable random events you have to go into gameplay - search for the item: random events and bring the indicator to the left.
