Thank you for using the help section, please keep on mind that the symbol " @ " don't work into the launcher, so you will have to open a text document, write your e-mail & password and copy paste it into the game, it will work

If it still don't work, please try to reset your password and check your e-mail.

 

If it still don't work, please open a new support ticket here (explain them your issue, then give them the launcher logs, and the different solutions you try) : https://truckersmp.com/support
