Hello. Welcome to TMP forum  

Follow these guides:

1-)Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

2-)Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

3-)Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

4-)Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

5-)Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download

6-)Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

Can you please elaborate on the issue you are having? What sort of error are you getting when trying to start the game? If you are able to, can you provide screenshots?

if i understand correctly,what you meant is  autosave

just follow this to turn it off

Go to
My Documents> Euro Truck Simulator 2> profiles> the profile file you are using> config.cfg "in your notebook. g_autoload_ignore_autosave Find the value "1 and change it to value "0".

Please, if theese solutions don't work, try to : 

Launch your game with admins rights 

Try to fix your game files : go on steam -> Libraries -> Euro Truck Simulator 2 -> Properties -> Local Files -> Check games files

If it don't work, try to reinstall the game. 

If it still don't work, please contact SCS and explain them your issue. ( https://scssoft.com/contact.php )

If SCS don't answer or resolve your problem contact steam  : ( https://help.steampowered.com/fr/ )

I hope it would help and solve your problem, i made a lot of research for it.
