One of my drivers has been given a Permo ban for the TAG and has been asked to change it then put in appeal.  How can he change it without going online?

He has to appeal the ban and then change it when he can acces TruckersMP again. (if you mean the tag before his name.)
If it is a tag in his nickname, he has to change this on the website. (name change.)

Welcome to the help section.

 

If you speak in front of the name of the label, follow these steps:

1) Open TruckersMP Launcher

2) Open "Settings" in the lower left corner of the Login screen.

3) You should change the "tag" that you are banned in the pop-up window and take a screenshot.

4) Login TruckersMP website and go to appeal ban.

5) You'll add the screenshot to your ban appeal.

Hello guys.  I have passed that information on and he has been able to change his Gamer Tag.
