Game crash at completing job or fast travel

Yesterday I drove almost 2500km and everything was okay. Today after first delivery game crash (when I parked trailer and clicked continue to go back to menu) 

Now every time when I want to teleport or deliver trailer game crash. 

MP or SP - same problem

DX or OpenGL - same problem

Verify Integrity of Game Files - same problem 

I tried almost everything and still game crash. 

I saw other posts on this forum but I still have this problem :/ 

 

Was there any MP update since yesterday ? 

What broken my game ?

Have you tried verify your game ?

> Go to Steam Library

> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2

> Properties

> Local Files

> Verify Integrity of Game Files

Wait until the game files are verified and try whether the error still occurs.

 

solution2

1.      Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

2.      Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

3.      Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

4.      Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

5.      Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

 

Solution 3

You should start TruckersMP as admin. This is really important.

Also try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)

Guide:

> Go to your steam App
> Go to library
> Go to ETS 2 / ATS
> Click "Play" 
> Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). Make sure you chose 64 bit.
> Start ETS 2
> Choose your profile and press "drive"
> Close ETS 2
> Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again.

Also try to reinstall TruckersMP.

Go to '%programdata%' and delete the folder 'TruckersMP'. After that uninstall TruckersMP and download the MOD again: https://truckersmp.com/download -> Launch the installer as admin

> Update your graphic card driver.

> Take care not to play in busy areas.

> Pull down your graphics settings.

> You maybe need a new profile,delete old and get a new one.

> Reinstall the mod and make sure that you put correct in directory. (\Steam\SteamApps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2)

> Don't use unsupported mods.Also too many mods can cause your game to crash.You can find supported and allowed mod from here.

> Delete file Documents/ETSMP (Please before deleting,backup this file)

> That's may be caused by missing game file.Go to Steam Library / Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 / Properties / Local Files / Verify Integrity of Game Files.

> Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework (4.7) & DirectX & Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and use CCleaner to remove temporary files and obsoleteregistry paths.

I have two suggestions for you.

1. Try and load and old save game and see if the problem is still there.

2 First backup your profile, found here Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles.

   Uninstall TruckersMP, and delete ETS2MP folder in Documents

   Uninstall Euro Truck Simulator 2 in Steam

   Install Euro Truck Simulator 2 in Steam again

   Download a new version of ETS2MP from https://truckersmp.com/download

   And move your profile back in Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles

Some other players (including myself) had similar problems,

I recommend these solutions to fix this:

By the way, Always run TruckersMP / Euro Truck Simulator 2 in DirectX mode, since TruckersMP and most computers recommend you use that engine since 
you will have less problems and if I'm correct TruckersMP supports DirectX the most.

Solution 1 - When this occurs only a few times:

 

> Go to Steam Library

> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2

> Properties

> Local Files

> Verify Integrity of Game Files

Wait until the game files are verified and try whether the error still occurs.

Solution 2 - When you keep getting this error:

1. Copy your Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder
2. Uninstall TruckersMP
3. Uninstall Euro Truck Simulator 2
4. Install Euro Truck Simulator 2
5. Run it once and create a new profile (no need to do tutorial/drive)
6. Delete the Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder and replace with your old Documents/Euro Truck SImulator 2 folder
7. Install TruckersMP and patch if needed.
8. You can play again and normally you will not receive any errors again because of the old 1.31 content

Solution 3 - Graphics drivers

Update your graphics drivers from one of these places:

Nvidia: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx (Search for your graphics card manually or use the auto detect tool.)
AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support (Search for your graphics card manually or use the auto detect tool download.)
Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers (Search for your graphics card manually or use the DSA tool.)

Hopefully that resolves your problem, And you can play TruckersMP again!

Solutions added on this thread works only for 1-2 fast travel or completing job. Then I have the same problem. 

I trying only on singleplayer now. 

Where is the problem ?

As far as I know the problem still needs to be found, but it may be something with the own trailers in MP that corrupt the game files.

It's very weird problem. 3 days ago I had this issue when completing job in Berlin. But only one time.

Then I drove more than 3000km and since yesterday my game crash everytime when I try to complete job, sleep or teleport.. :/

 

EDIT: I load my old save (2 days ago when everything was okay) On singleplayer I can teleport without any issues. On multiplayer I don't check yet. 

The problem still IS There are no long term working solution for this I think.
