Suggestion Name: Textbox when reporting for 'other'

Suggestion Description: Adding a textbox underneath the report checkmarks when reporting for the reason 'other'.

My idea: 

Why should it be added?: When you report someone for the reason 'other', moderators will get very little information on why you are actually reporting the other player. I believe that if a textbox was added when reporting for 'other' the moderators will get more information and it will be easier for them to moderate the server.

No need since Game moderators have a demo of the situation therefore they punish accordingly to what they see has been violated
