I can't downgrade

Ok so I know the process but when I go to select a version the one required is not on the list.

Use the following versions for the appropriate game:

 

 

                  ETS2: "temporary_1_31 - 1.30.2.1 for incompatible mods"

                  ATS: "temporary_1_31 - 1.31.x for incompatible mods"

 

just as the picture shows

You need to use temporary_1.31.

After selecting it, let Steam automatically update the game. Then ETS2 should be sucessfully downgraded.

Make sure you grab the most recent 1.31 as I see a couple on the list you provided and as mentioned above it should update automatically
