Zakxaev68
I've been enjoying Euro Truck 2 since its 2012 release, before it happened, I've been a fan of Euro Truck 1 for few years, and decade before that, 18WoS, to my first love - Hard Truck, pretty serious relationship. That answers the question in a single word: yes, I did keep playing vanilla for years, and I decided to change the environment a bit by going further into TMP. Do love the idea of having officially-supported multiplayer for SCS games in the future.
Kitty_Kat
No. It is pointless to drive around without friends or other people.
TruckerJ
I would, but I also think that ETS would not be as enjoyable as it is now.
Guest
I think that ProMods would replace TMP for me, although it would suck not being able to cruise around with mates.
Guest
Of course But mp is funnier to play on

Zakxaev68
4 hours ago, Terry A said: Nope, I love multiplayer. Albeit you drove in SP before the multiplayer part was stable enough to move on. I love those "Nope, no" answers
Hunter Sparrow
I would probably still play it

BrXEiZ
If that day i wanna drive something, i will play too many hours without boring. According to my memory, my record is 11 hours. If that day is not my day, i'm boring while game is loading.
PoppyCoffee
Nope, the singleplayer is after one or two deliveries boring.. it makes a lot of more fun to play in multiplayer with friends or other online players
whenofficial
I bought both games because of the multiplayer, I dislike singleplayer modes in all games as they seem lonely. whenofficial Freelance Developer, Professional Virtual Truck Driver
ZolaKluke
If TruckersMP didn't exist I'd probably be playing the game still, though I wouldn't play it near as much as I do now and not only that my HDD would probably be filled with map mods and graphics mods
meims
Yes, since we would never have known the future. And wouldn't have known that TruckersMP is even going to come out.
Amber Rose
No, sorry. Playing Single player be myself make me feel lonely. (Lol)
Project Manager Whitelodge Posted December 18, 2018 Project Manager Share Posted December 18, 2018 Not really. TMP is the only reason I play ETS2 now. Its virtually the only game I play because you always see something new every time you drive. Usually a car flying off into the ditch . SCS has a lot of money out of this community and owes a lot of respect to the people that created this Multiplayer modification as this is what has kept the game alive (and their income flowing) without this as many people have said it would have probably got boring. Even though I played this game for 2 years before the first multiplayer version was released (ETS2MP). Jamie Appleby
Have been playing ets2 since the day it was released on steam lol. But yes, I would definitely play ETS2 even if TMP never existed. Jamie Appleby
Dziada
I definitely would. While TMP is now a big part of my ETS2 experience, I used to always play in singleplayer. My game was very heavily modded. Now that I'm on TMP and on the team, I couldn't imagine ETS2 without TMP.
SalePro
Well only if TMP didn't exist , i would surely play Single Player. Especially because i was using a lot of mods,my map was huge etc. but then i switched to MP, because it is more interesting and fun playing with real people and trucking. There are still a lot of great mods to get if you play SP currently which i would recommend to all of you.
Shayrin
Maybe, Before ETS2, I used to play ETS1 for a while. But unfortunately, I didn't continue to play ETS1. After a while, I heard about TMP and ETS2 multiplayer and I came back to playing this game again. Thus, I think if TMP didn't exist, I never come back to ETS again. TheCreepyTruckr
I was playing SCS trucking games for years prior to TMP coming out, so yeah, I'd still be playing the games even without this mod.
Guest
I would probably still play it but not as much as multiplayer makes it ore realistic and fun. With the TMP forums too it’s awesome.
