Player bans to become IP Bans

Suggestion Name: In-Game player bans to be IP bans instead of account bans.

Suggestion Description: When a player is banned in game, rather than giving them an account ban, the ban should be IP based.

Why should it be added?: A lot of the time, if a player is banned for a long period of time / permanently, the user will go and rebuy Euro Truck Simulator 2 / American Truck Simulator for a cheap price on some cheap steam keys website, make a brand new account on TruckersMP and go right back into the game, continuing to do whatever they have just been banned for. If the ban system changes these bans from account bans to both account & IP bans, this should help minimise the amount of times that this issue arises.

No, there are already so many reasons why we don't do IP bans.

 

It is extremely easy to get around an IP ban, and IP bans often end up affecting players who have nothing to do with the original player.
