Forum acc problem

I have a little problem I need help with. I have been a member for truckersmp for 2 years and I wanted to apply for staff but it says I don't have a frorum acc but this is my forum acc?

Truckersmp account is different from Truckersmp forum account

Here is an example:

Your Truckersmp account: https://truckersmp.com/user/1099396 (It was created 24 Sep 2016 09:16)

Your Truckersmp forum account: https://forum.truckersmp.com/index.php?/profile/165122-snabbleverans-ab/ (It was created on Sunday)

You already have Truckersmp forum account. Now, you are using it (Truckersmp forum account)

Please try this:

1. Go to https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings

2. Pull down the bottom. then you will see the line "Display your forum profile link"

3. Click  Display your forum profile link

4. Then click save

5. Return the recruitment and see if it works

 

If it still doesn't work, I suggest you should make a support ticket here: https://support.truckersmp.com/
