How do you make such a number? I'm very interested
Are they given for such punishment?

If you just need a custom numberplate, You can use World Of Trucks. But these do not contain multiple colors. But why would you want to do that? Since it will distract other people/players.
But if you just want a custom numberplate (one color) I suggest using your World Of Trucks account!

That topic doesn't cover how to change or find the textures-but it shows you this line:

<offset hshift=2><img src=/material/ui/lp/czech/frontb.mat color=FFFFFFFF width=5 height=50>

You can see the material in the middle of the line.

Its as simple as changing out the line to another material in the game.

All of the materials can be found in the base.scs file.
