Description of Issue: 

I noticed a bug with the Scout over the last few months - the vehicle seems to be limiting itself to 93mph! I'm pretty sure that I read that TMP was heading more towards simulation... and I am deeply confused as to how this is the case if unrealistic limits are imposed on vehicles easily capable of 100 mph +. Especially since it would be legal to exceed these limits at times in Germany. Could this please be fixed in the next update.
How to reproduce: Try and go faster than 93mph.

This is currently a known bug for automatic transmission on cars. Inorder to use automatic transmission use (ctrl & shift)
