Then i saw more options on the website. and you can check everything from each player. Muzolf Posted August 11, 2018 Share Posted August 11, 2018 Permanent records of all moderations and bans for identificating duplicate accounts etc. is a must for TruckersMP and they can appeal to legitimate interest. It's fully GDPR compliant. The data is extremely minimal so there is no problem with that. There is nothing personal in there, all consent to sharing like nicknames and profiles etc. Quote GDPR Article 6, 1F Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
