If this problem is affecting you, it is probably from your client.

Follow the steps:

 - Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems.

 - Clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide

 - Changing your DNS to Google's one and see if that has any effect here

 - Re-setting your win-sock cache.

 - Click on windows search program and type "cmd" enter (run cmd as an admin, right click run as admin)

 - Once you're in, type "netsh winsock reset catalog" enter

 - Type "netsh int ip reset.log hit" enter

 - Restart your computer

 - Reset your network adapter, firewall and DHCP.

All the best

Dziada

Hello,

  • Try turning your router off for 1 minute and then turning it back on and see if you still have connection problems
  • Clearing your DNS cache, follow this link for the guide here
  • Do a dns flush, you can get help this guide here
  • Clearing the ARP cache access it here.
  • If using wireless making sure that the router is not placed so that it is next to anything electrical such as a television,
  • Using a VPN service to allow for a possibly stabler connection to the game servers via better routing.
  • Open up your Task Manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL on keyboard and see if there are some updating services running in the background processes, for ex: Adobe IPC
  • Broker service, or any form of updater service which updates softwares you use in the background.

With all respect,

Gainer

Greetings.

Could you more thoroughly describe the bug? Maybe a screenshot or video. By "No Collision Bug", are you saying that you are forever in No Collision mode? Assuming that you are not connected to the Freeroam No Collision server, have you waited out the time period for ghost mode to wear off? Are you certain that you are in a place wherein no collision is unlikely (such as a public road, highway, etc.)?

hello

if you believe your router, internet connection and your pc  is ok.

Visit this link here

you can complete a in-game bug report, remember to fill the thread in with the format that can be found here

and then wait for a response from a developer or Game Manager.

Hello

Try and verify your game files. Go to steam》right click on ets2》properties》local files》verify local files. This is a method to check if your files are still.correct. if they are not then steam will auto fix it.

Kind regards

Hello @V E N K O,

Try this:

  • Go to Documents and Delete the ETS2MP Folder
  • Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
  • Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)
  • Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
  • And, go to re/download this launcher here
  • If it still doesn't work, try these:
  • If you are using Windows 7, please install Windows 7 Service Pack 1
  • Complete the Windows Update updates.
  • Install programs such as Directx, Microsoft Framework 4.6.
  • Make sure that the drivers for your display card are up to date.

Best regards
