I'm trying to register on truckersmp online and everytime it wont let me verify my steam and i have played two hours of the game and it still wont let me signup on a truckermp

1-)log in to your steam account and enter your profile, click on the ''Edit Profile'' section.

 

2-)My Privacy Settings>PUBLIC Game Details>PUBLIC.You can get help from the image below.

No. My problem was not solved. I have already went to my profile on steam and i turn it to public and it still won't let me make a account on truckersmp.

This is what i get. And as i said before i have already made me steam public.

I'm not sure if your problem was solved or not, but your TMP account, (https://truckersmp.com/user/849967) seems to already be linked to an unavailable steam account, (https://steamcommunity.com/id/unit242).

I can only recommend what VampireOfSnake has recommended and put in a support ticket.
