Problem with connection

pacmanarea51

Question

Hello,

I've been playing on EU#2 and I noticed that my connection drops every 2-10 minutes. It istantly reconnects and everything's fine again for another 2-10 minutes, until the connection drops again. I have been looking at my ping from the players menu but I can't see any massive lag spikes before the connection drops.

I have a very good internet connection and I very much doubt the problem is on my end.

This problem was occurring on 26/7/18 14:40-15:15UTC

Here's video footage of it happening: https://youtu.be/10y7C9mqwVA

Hello,

Your internet may have a period of "blackout" while on the servers, and to prevent other users issues, you get kicked off soon as that connection drops.

My advice is make sure you don't have any Network Heavy programs running in the background, and if all is well, Your ISP may be the problem.

Also you can check topics about your problem :

Hello,

Start by restarting your router. If this doesn't help make sure you have all other connected devices to your network disconnected and try to play with cable if you are over Wi-Fi. If you keep having connection problems try to open the specific ports: 42860, 49200, 42890. Also set Google DNS, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Best regards.

Hello dear @pacmanarea51

It happening enought on Eu2 due to high player base on Eu2 its harder to connect . Like any other game , slots are refreshing constantly . Try few times or just leave it at auto connecting . This happens one in a while , when eu2 is really on the top in terms of players . Hope this solves your problem .

Also , the server can having some API problems which cause people to fail to connect, so devs are restarting it in order for the fixes to take effect :)

Only you restart it , and your problem will be solved :)

Regards !

@pacmanarea51 Hello!

Your Internet connection doesn't seem to be stable. That's why you're experiencing this problem. Did you reset the Modem interface and try to re-establish it?

Hello Mate :)

If your Internet connection and your computer are good, this problem may be because you are not updating some of your drivers. I would recommend to you downloading the program called "Driver Booster", this program will show you all the details of what you need for the game drivers, this program is free to download, I found a site for you and you can download this program very comfortably through this site.
