Forum Warning System

Dear Forum Users,

As part of an established set of rules, it is important to share the knowledge on how our punishment system works, and what is in place for when members do break the rules.

Below, you will find a list of offences and what happens when you get to each stage:

First offence: A forum private message - At this stage, a Community Moderator will message you to let you know that you have violated one or more of our rules that are listed within our rule set, what rules you broke as well as providing evidence for that. You are able to reply to the moderator if you don't understand, wish to apologise or just want to know more.

Second offence: A forum private message - A Community Moderator will message you again as a last reminder to let you know that you have violated one or more of our rules that are listed within our rule set, what rules you broke as well as providing evidence for that. You are able to reply to the moderator if you don't understand, wish to apologise or just want to know more.

Third offence: An official verbal warning - At this stage, you have already been reminded of the rules, and unfortunately it didn’t prompt you to start following them, so an official warning without any point weight will be issued on your Forum history.

Forth offence: A warning point in your history;

Fifth offence: A warning point with 7 days of *content moderation.

Sixth offence: A warning point with a 14 day **restriction from posting;

Final/Seventh offence: A warning point with a permanent restriction on posting from our Forum.

Depending on what the offence was, your content might be hidden on the forum. This applies for all the offences you commit, be it the first or the last.

We would also like to remind you that there are certain sections of the forums where we disabled the Content Count when you post topics, replies or anything related, including the Off-topic discussions and Games subforum. This measure is put in place to avoid the spam and farm of points. In others areas it is enabled normally

Bear in mind the following: Community Moderation Managers reserve the right, at any time, to allow moderators to skip a punishment procedure if they deem it necessary.

* Content Moderation is when the content you are posting is put up for review by a moderator, this restriction lasts for 7 days.

** Restriction from posting is when you are not allowed to post any content for 14 days/permanently.
