I need some help on this error about cannot connect to update servers

I am really struggling on this one

Hello there,

• Please try the following steps ;
• Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
• Enter "programdata" and press Enter (without the quotes)
• Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
• Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
• Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges

Have you tried starting TMP as Administrator? that usually fixes the problem. If it didn't help then open your Task-Manager and check if ETS is running in the background.

Hello, follow the solutions:

 

• If you are using Win 7 make sure you have Service Pack installed.
• Try to run the TruckersMP as administrator.
• If you are using any mods turn them off
• Make sure you put correct path when you install the TruckersMP - default path is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\
• Turn off antivirus 
• Turn off firewall

• If core_ets2mp.dll is not working for whatever reason you can get the above error. Usually it appears when you try to update the multiplayer launcher with the game open.
• First, check if ETS2 process is running. If so, end it and try again. If this doesn't help delete core_ets2mp.dll, re-open launcher and re-download file.  Path: C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP

 

Also, please try run TruckersMP launcher as Administrator.

Go to C disk>ProgramDATA>TruckersMP>data>ets2>open the mods folder and remove all mod,finally,try again.
