Hi!
Can you tell us more? If you add a screenshot, we can find faster solutions.

However, It may be useful to you.
Delete the C++ and framework files. Re-install.
Delete and reinstall truckersmp. 
**Probably the reason of the error is Framework. I hope it Works.

Hello,

Please try this metods to fix your error : 

Method 1 : 

 

1-) Go to Steam Library
2-) Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2
3-) Properties
4-) Local Files
5-) Verify integrity of game files
6-) Wait for the process to complete then Re-Attempt to launch ETS2
+ Ensure you launch ETS2 in DirectX mode via SinglePlayer, then launch Multiplayer

Hello,

 

"The launcher cannot connect with the TruckersMP server to download the updates. Restart your router and stop any other updates that may use all your bandwidth. Also make sure your Firewall/Antivirus is not blocking the launcher."
