What makes a VTC company die?

I was watching streams of other VTCs, polish ones, and they died out in particular for one main reason. Lack of commitment. The creators and the upper staff of the VTC, just couldn't care less, therefore their drivers got the same attitude, and left.

Now that summer holidays have started, so many VTCs are being created. In my opinion, the younger playerbase see this as an adventure, and not a commitment, therefore their VTCs die out.

My first VTC was in ATS.
It was fun until the activity was dropping and honestly, it would sometimes be hard when you can't always be available for convey sessions to have a nice cruise with the crew.
VTCs just need to reach to it's own community and the failure of that would simply mean immediate death. That's how guilds in mmorpgs work :truestory:
