INVALID EMAIL/PASSWORD AND WHITE LAUNCHER SCREEN

Hello.So I have the following issues first one is  when I start the truckersmp launcher its all white but the buttons appear and I CAN click them when I get into the login menu in the game I put my email/password and they appear to be invalid I changed them nothing happened then I wrote it in notepad and copied it again not working I don't know what can I do. ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

For invalid and password

Follow these guides:

- Enter to the site with E-Mail, which you register on the site, not your game nickname, or Steam nickname;
- Write your E-Mail and password in Notepad, and then copy them one by one paste in the login window, if you  not sure that your login and password is correct writing by yourself;
- If none of the above advice does not help the situation, try to reset your password and log in again;
- Do not use a password or E-Mail any symbols, password must being only characters and numbers;
- Do not use Steam-account, if the game is not bought on it, and on the other account. With the «Steam Family Sharing»to play in multiplayer you can't to connect also;
- Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on  ETS2MP site. This is a very important point!
- Run Steam, then press Profile> Edit Profile> My private setting and set a to all point is "Public";
 
If none of the above works, then try these:
 
1) Go on Documents-ETS2MP and delete client.edc
2) Write your password and mail into a text file
3) Open ETS2MP and copy the mail and the password from the text file created before on the ETS2MP login page with CTRL+V

Dear @Emkou, if you have tried all the steps from the list, it is very likely that you have tried to log in with a wrong email address. Either you just registered your TMP-account with a different email or you have a typo in the used email address. Either way, there's not much the community can help you with, please submit a support ticket here about your issue and we will help you as soon as possible: https://support.truckersmp.com/.

• First, set the game folder as the folder you selected when loading the game via Steam
• Don't using a Latine characters in your password. For example (ş, ü, ö, İ, ğ, ı, ç)
• Make sure you play the game for 2 hours.
• Copy and paste the password into a notebook.
• Steam family sharing should be turned off.
• Your membership to TruckersMP and your Steam membership must be on the same mail.
• If the problem is still not solved, create a ticket. https://truckersmp.com/support

If your login information work for TruckersMP.com but you can`t login ingame you should try one of these fixes:

First of all make sure you`re logged in with the same Steam account which you were on when you registered at TruckersMP.

Open notepad or a text editor.
You need to write 2 rows, on 1st your email, on the 2nd your password.
Now, copy the email from notepad and paste it in the ingame login screen using keyboard shortcut keys (CTRL+C for copy, CTRL+V for paste - ~ Please notice that these shortcuts may be different in your country. If they don`t work, please inform yourself how you can do it on google ~).
Do the same for the password.
Login.

If the solution didn`t work, you must have a strange character in the password that can`t be recognized by the login system ingame.
To bypass this problem, you should change your account password to only latin letters (a to z) and digits (0-9). Please notice that by doing this your password might lack in strength.
In order to change your password, you must login at TruckersMP.com, press Edit Account, insert the new password twice, confirm the old password twice and then press save data.

I hope that one of these fixes worked and you`re now able to login ingame.
If they didn`t, please let us know, together with a brief description of what you did.

Okey I tried everything a couple of times the change of password,email looked for the same steam and truckersmp email,verified the game cache and copying the email and password from notepad none of them worked for me i have played the game 40 hours i didn't have this problem i got it after PC reinstall i reinstalled it couple of times these days to see if it gets fixed but nothing i will contact with the support to see what we can do together. THANKS GUYS AFTERALL
