help help with ban history

Back in the summer of 2016 I was banned four times and about 5 days ago banned another time. I was wondering if my next ban would be a perm no matter what. I'm unsure if it depends on when the previous bans occurred?

No, It would not mean your next ban is permanent. 
The banning structure is worked out from the last 12 month.

Red dots - Bans which are not valid
Yellow Dots - Valid bans but outside 12 months
Greed dots - Valid band but within twelve months

In your case your next ban will be treated as the 2nd. meaning your ban will be at the Game Moderators discretion

Also you remember ,that is number bans ,which you can have in - history your account 

 

 

§2.11 - How bans are issued

The first 3 bans issued are at Game Moderator discretion.

The 4th ban is 1 month.

The 5th ban is 3 months.

The 6th ban is permanent with no chance of undo. Any bans further than 12 months before the current ban are ignored under this rule. This is considered the cooling off period.

In addition to the above answers;

 

Red marked bans are deleted from your profile, lost their validity, only the profile owner and the the authorities see.

 

Yellow marked bans are 1 year past the, they are losing their influence. 4th, 5th and 6th bans are not based on these bans.

 

Green marked bans, You are  active bans that have not completed one year, 4th, 5th and 6th bans are based on these bans.
