Hmm, This is strange...
Have you tried Totally uninstalling TruckersMP and re-installing?

Yep and still doesn’t do anything and i need someone to reply to my support ticket too

Please follow this steps:

 

• Click Start,Run.
• Type dcomcnfg and hit enter.
• Expand Component Services, My Computer, DCOM Config.
• Right click Windows Management and Instrumentation and click Properties.
• Click on the Security tab.
• Under Access Permissions, select Customize and click Edit.
• Add the account that you wish to grant access to WMI.
• Restart PC.

Hello.
I belive ther could be a solution to your problem here in the topic below. (but maybe not stated for just that error) Also try and deactivate any anti virus softwares and maybe portforward and reinstall truckersmp.
Also as you said its been 2 days i can assure you that they have tons of tickets daily and keep in mind everyone is trying to help on ther free time and most have work and familis and so on, so let it go afew days and wait i can assure you that they will answer as fast as they can.
