Right click Windows Management and Instrumentation and click Properties. Click on the Security tab. Under Access Permissions, select Customize and click Edit. (but maybe not stated for just that error) Also try and deactivate any anti virus softwares and maybe portforward and reinstall truckersmp. Also as you said its been 2 days i can assure you that they have tons of tickets daily and keep in mind everyone is trying to help on ther free time and most have work and familis and so on, so let it go afew days and wait i can assure you that they will answer as fast as they can. I hope this helps you find a solution to you'r problem and let us know how the outcome of this helps you or not.
