2 guys blocking me completely for no reason

Hello everyone-

 

I started to use truckersMP again after a very long break. The first thing that happens to me is that 2 guys Diego.09 and Hacker10045 started to block me. I couldn't move or go anywhere. I asked them kindly to move away, but they didn't comply. I asked on the if there was any moderator online, but no one responded. What am i suppose to do now? I might aswell just uninstall TruckersMP and play offline. Any help is appreciated.

Hello buddy,

You can use report system but it must be evidance(video) https://truckersmp.com/reports/create

However,you need to create a different report ticket for each one.

I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue. There are many solutions to this issue. 

1) Press F7 and teleport to the nearest service station
2) Make an autosave, load it and then drive through the blockers in "ghost mode". Ghost mode is a short space of 20 seconds where you are effectively in a no collision mode
3) Report the blockers in game
4) Record a clip of them blocking and then make a web report at https://truckersmp.com/reports

Hello @Vahdek Record the video and upload our reports tab - truckersmp.com/reports and if the video is sufficient for ban, we will ban them. Admin is not a 24/7 robot on the server, and it is not always possible to react every moment and to help everybody with a lot of people writing and asking for help because someone is blocking, trolling or something like that

You can always report someone. You can also submit the report via website ( https://truckersmp.com/reports ) [ you must be logged in ]. Additionaly you need to have evidence ( video ) with visible TMPID. TMPID of a user you can get by typing " /pinfo ID " on the chat in-game. 

 

You can also log in to servers with low population and / or avoid very crowded roads ( Calais - Duisburg for example ).
