Allowed to follow speed limits and road rules on EU#2 to EU#4 or not ???

I always follow them on eu2/3.. its to dangerous not to xD

I follow all laws, except for speed limit. I always drive 150km/h, but saying that I do not cause collisions. I constantly check tab to see if there are players around me. I also have brake intensity on max, so that I will be able to stop in case of an emergency. Personally, I probably will never drive on EU1, not because it has a speed limit, I am fine with driving 90 km/h or 110km/h. But I just hate driving 2500km, and not seeing a single soul. It frustrates me.

I'd play the game as a simulation on 99 precent of the time, the other one precent is whether I'm in a real-life hurry or in a annoyed mood. But as it is a simulation game, I'd always rather it to be played as a simulation.
