TMP Recruitment and @BANBYMISTAKE

If a user is banned, but proved that the ban was administered incorrectly (@BANBYMISTAKE) and it was marked as such, will the recruitment system still not allow that user to apply for certain positions?

As a matter of fact, it is actually supposed to work like you have described it. Whether this is also technically the case is often hard to say. Either way, if in doubt, you can always submit a feedback ticket to raise your issues why you cannot apply, even though you do not have any active bans in the last 6 months.
