Why don't you ignore calais-duisburg reports? I mean, we all know that is full of trolls and you KNOW that you will be hurt at least at 99%, so don't report.

Why don't you watch only reports from others parts of the europe? 

An 80% of reports comes from CD, then who drive on normal roads will always see the joke message " no action was taken" and it seems more like an insult..

It is technically not possible to know where a report was submitted from before you claim it. Since claiming and deleting reports would lead to false information regarding the in-game activity of Game Moderators, it is prohibited to just skip it. Unclaiming a report is not an option either, hence why the GM needs to deal with the report which was selected at the time. 

 

Additionally, we deal based on the "First in first out" principle which means that the report which was submitted first gets dealt with first. Hopefully, you can understand this.
