Online profiles for multiplayer

As in the future will be the interaction of SCS, TruckersMP and World of Trucks in the multiplayer part. Will players have online multiplayer profiles that are not related to single games and take into account traffic statistics, money earned, penalties ?

From a development point of view, there are many plans to improve TruckersMP as it is right now. There will be features for both the team as well as the players. After all, however, we are bound by what is being added by SCS Software since they are technically still the people who own and develop this game. The modification is merely a spare time project which has become rather popular over time. 

 

Either way, I can assure you that the Add-On Team which has been added quite a while ago is certainly doing an amazing job and you can look forward to what they will be adding to the online experience of TruckersMP! Nevertheless, I want to point out that we are not going to share any progress as of now. There are merely small teasers when the Project Management and the Upper Staff deem it appropriate to release some

We want to implement online profiles, however, that would be a part of a full economy system, when that comes. That makes it a kind of big job to implement all of it, and get all of it properly balanced (so you earn and spend a fair amount), etc.

 

So, to answer: Hopefully we'll have online profiles in the future, but we don't know when, or exactly how we will do it.

Quoting the official set of rules, there is still no connection to SCS Software and there are no plans to establish any as of now:

[...] Please note that the creators of the TruckersMP mod are not linked to SCS in any way, shape, or form. TruckersMP staff can be exempted from these rules if deemed necessary for their duties.

 

 

In that sense, there might be online profiles with an economy system for TruckersMP, however, there will not be any profiles which are only available online and which will be managed by SCS since there are different entities. Either way, we will see what the future of TruckersMP will bring

Well, remove from the SCS question. What TrukcersMP plans next. Today it's just tourism-there are no incentives for gameplay, making money, development levels. I drive loads on empty roads and I don't know why. Money-millions if you had a single 5-6 drivers. I'm in Heaven ? No, boring.
