wont let me regaster with trucker mp

hi my sister brought the game and has played  for 2 hours  but it still wont let her register with trucker mp her profile is public  

i have no idea whats going on

Steps to be follow on the steam;
1-)log in to your steam account and enter your profile, click on the ''Edit Profile'' section.
