Games graphics don't load properly

I load into the game and the graphics look like Minecraft when they should be ultra please help also it takes awhile for it to load and when I try to change it, it crashes

Dear @[ConSecGroup] Jacrispy, first of all please try to open ETS 2 or ATS in Singleplayer and make sure to select to launch it with DirectX (64bit). Load the game, change the graphics settings to your satisfaction and then drive for a few minutes, afterwards please close the game again. Start TMP as an administrator now and see if the problem still persists.
