Another user with Error: 0x80072EE4

Question

Alright, since I am on the Insider Preview of Windows 10, currently on 1782, I started getting this error after the update

Microsoft .net is updated, temp folder is cleared, INetCache exists

 

--EDIT--

Following the instructions here to remove as much of truckersMP from the registry worked, and now I can run the program.

Hello,

Try this steps;

  • Run TruckersMP Launcher 'as Administrator'',
  • Turning your router off for 1 minute or 5 min,
  • Press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys,open the Task Manager,disable any unwanted programs you dont want running and hogging internet and turn off applications that are running on the background for TruckersMP,

  • Download Ultrasurf and open launcher with UltraSurf,

  • Delete TruckersMP Folders on your computer and re-install.

  •  Try to clear your temp files https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=15141

Hello,

 

please follow these steps;

 

  • Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
  • Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
  • Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
  • Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges: https://truckersmp.com/download/

Hello,

 

However, please try to run your launcher as an administrator. Then, make sure that you're using the latest version of the TMP launcher that can be found on the official website.

You could also try to uninstall and reinstall the whole launcher. But make sure that process eurotrucks2.exe is not running. Try to delete file manually (C:/ProgramData/TruckersMP/core_ets2mp.dll).
