Client Login Error

Question

Hi, 

Everything was fine until this moment, I go to my account through the client, I write that my account is not correct. Changed the password, I enter the same, all is not true, changed email, everything also. Offline is normal. Please, help. P.s client updated. I copied the mail or password from the notepad, the same error. Data is all true.

Hello

Please follow these steps:
1-)If your login information work for https://truckersmp.com/ but you can't login ingame you should try one of these fixes. 
2-)First of all make sure you're logged in with the same Steam account which you were on when you registered at TruckersMP.
3-)If the solution didn't work, you must have a strange character in the password that can't be recognized by the login system ingame.
4-)To bypass this problem, you should change your account password to only latin letters (a to z) and digits (0-9). Please notice that by doing this your password might lack in strength.
5-)In order to change your password, you must login at https://truckersmp.com/ press Edit Account, insert the new password twice confirm the old password twice and then press save data.
6-)I hope that one of these fixes worked and you`re now able to login ingame.

Dear @vitto skollette.Pro ,

 

A. You are using wrong email or password so try to reset your password from here.

B. Delete the \win_x64 folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\, verify the integrity of game files from Steam and try again.

C. You using the correct email and password but it still doesn't let you to log in. Make sure you are using the correct Steam account. Family share is not working and each TruckersMP account is linked with a unique Steam account when you register.

Hello,

 

Please check this steps:

 

1- First, set the game folder as the folder you selected when loading the game via Steam
2- Don't using a Latin characters in your password. For example (ş, ü, ö, İ, ğ, ı, ç)
3- Make sure you play the game for 2 hours.
4- Copy and paste the password into a notebook.
5- Steam family sharing should be turned off.
6- Your membership to TruckersMP and your Steam membership must be on the same mail.
7- If the problem is still not solved, create a ticket. https://truckersmp.com/support

Hi there

Try to reset your password by simply inserting your email address here:https://truckersmp.com/password/reset. If you don't receive the email containing a new password (please check your Spam-folder too), you have most likely entered a wrong email address either when attempting to login or when creating your account. In this case i highly recommend that you create a support-ticket here: https://support.truckersmp.com/.
