what is the best way to get in touch with in-game admins

There isn't, You shouldn't ask for Admins to come and help you in situations. If you have a rule breaker causing you problems then you should do what everyone else has to do and report the player, you can do it 2 ways.

1) Report in game using the TAB menu
2) Make a report at https://truckersmp.com/reports/create

Go to your TruckersMP profile (https://truckersmp.com/) hover over account and click on feedback from there create a new feedback and select the category - if talking with admins set to Game Moderator or support. Your request should then be seen by a moderator or higher and they will message you asking what you need. Waiting time im unsure of however.

Hello, you can either contact the forum with private message (except for penalties) and feedback .

Submit a report ticket if its regarding another player, 

 

Submit a ban appeal if its regarding a ban,

 

Post your issue in the support forums if its a technical issue.
